Case #000 · Corporate · Example · Tested 28 October 2026
Six buttons, one confused visitor
Beautiful on a laptop, lost on a phone. A worked example of how WebPo scores and writes up a site.
Example case. Falcon Trading is a made-up company used to show how WebPo investigates and writes up a site.
The verdict
0/100Mid-range phone (390 px) and laptop (1280 px)
The exhibits
The evidence

Six buttons, same size, same colour
Why it matters: When every button shouts, visitors can't tell which one matters. Most leave without clicking any.
The fix: Keep one main button in the brand colour. Make the rest quieter links or remove them.
Check it yourself: Blur test: blur a screenshot and see what still stands out.
- 2
The phone number is 11 px and grey on a photo
Why it matters: On a phone it is almost unreadable, and people who want to call can't find it.
The fix: Put the number in the header at 16 px or larger, with a tap-to-call link.
Check it yourself: WAVE accessibility checker flags the low contrast.

"© 2019" and a news section last updated in 2021
Why it matters: Old dates make visitors wonder whether the company still exists.
The fix: Set the footer year automatically and archive or refresh old news.
