Reviews are opinions

Grades and case files are WebPo's opinion of a website on the date tested, based on publicly visible evidence. Websites change; each case file shows its test date.

What we test

Only what any visitor can see. We never scan, probe, log in or access anything that isn't publicly linked. Security concerns are reported privately to the owner, never published.

Owners

Owners are notified before publication and get 7 days to reply or fix. Replies they allow us to publish appear on the case file. Fixed sites are re-checked for free. Grades can't be bought.

Mistakes

If we get something wrong, tell us through the right-of-reply form. Confirmed mistakes are fixed and listed in the public corrections log.

Not the police

WebPo is an independent educational project, not affiliated with any police force, government or authority.
